My conservation practice follows the principles outlined in the Venice Charter (1964)—an internationally recognised foundation for ethical heritage conservation. Every artwork is treated with individual care and deep respect for its history and media. All materials used are stable, reversible and chemically compatible with the original, ensuring long-term preservation without compromising the integrity of the piece. I also offer a range of retouching options, from visually seamless (imitative) reintegration to more visible, interpretive approaches—always chosen in consideration of the artwork’s condition, context and intended display.
